TEHRAN, July 21 (MNA) - Iran plans to invest €15 billion for construction of new refineries and $7 billion for development of existing facilities by 2012, the National Iranian Oil Refining and Distribution Company (NIORDC) deputy director for refining affairs said here on Monday.

According to PIN, Aminollah Eskandari added 7 petrochemical projects will be implemented by domestic and foreign private investors increasing the country’s capacity for crude oil refining by 1.56 million barrels per day.
