Aggressors attacked, damaged 53 hospitals in Iran: FM

TEHRAN, Mar. 17 (MNA) – Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has said that aggressors have attacked and destroyed 53 hospitals in the country since the outbreak of US-Israeli war against Iran on Feb. 28.

Speaking among reporters late on Monday, Iran’s top diplomat pointed to the US and Israeli attack against the civilian centers in the country, emphasizing that the US-Israeli aggressors have thus far attacked and destroyed 53 hospitals across the country since February 28. 

As enemies of the country are accusing Iran of attacking the residential and civilian areas without any document, they are continually attacking the residential and civilian areas of the country, including schools, hospitals, and residential units.  

Yesterday, Iranian health minister announced that the US and Israel have attacked 53 hospitals and destructed these medical centers completely up to the present time, Araghchi underlined. 

Turning to the attack of aggressors on 12,000-seater Azadi Stadium in Tehran which led to the martyrdom of the sports community of the country during the aggression, he said that enemies of the country do not abide by any principle and do not spare any effort in attacking the residential and civilian areas and after that, they [enemies] acknowledge that they embark on destructing civilians areas for fun which is a matter of regret.

He also lashed out at the international civil community that why these responsible bodies do not confront such explicit rhetoric of enemies.
