The events of Russia’s World Atom Week (WAW) officially began with the inauguration of the Atom Expo 2025 exhibition in Moscow, featuring a dedicated Iranian pavilion attended by Vice President and Head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI) Mohammad Eslami.
On Thursday, the Iranian pavilion at the VDNKh cultural exhibition complex drew considerable attention from visitors as it showcased Iran’s latest nuclear industry achievements.
Alongside Iran and host country Russia, other nations, including China, Belarus, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan, as well as several international organizations, are also represented with booths highlighting their peaceful nuclear energy capabilities.
The pavilion of the AEOI has become one of the most visited booths in the exhibition. Various products in the fields of nuclear medicine, agriculture, electronics, and new technologies are a manifestation of the country's scientific advances on the international stage.
In addition, various nuclear industry products with diverse applications in the fields of nuclear medicine, radiopharmaceuticals, electronics, a cold plasma jet device for treating diabetic wounds, the production of heavy water with stable isotope enrichment, the application of the nuclear industry in the agricultural sector, and the field of disease diagnosis and treatment were displayed in the Iranian exposition booth.
The exhibition is open to visitors from September 25 to 28, offering a unique opportunity to view the latest nuclear industry achievements from Iran and other countries.
