Iran, China to cooperate on inspection

TEHRAN, Mar. 08 (MNA) – Inspection organizations in Iran and China signed a Memorandum of Cooperation on providing practical action plan for the coming year, including the exchange of inspectors and monitoring experts.

Head of the General Inspection Organization of Iran (GIO) Naser Seraj met with Deputy Minister of Supervision of People's Republic of China Liu Jianchao, during the 18th Asian Ombudsman Association Board of Directors Meeting being held in Tokyo.

During the meeting, Iran and china examined ways of cooperation in the the field of experts and inspectors exchange, experiences exchange in corruption prevention, fight against financial corruptions and trends and issues of Ombudsmen.

Following the recent visit of Chinese president to Iran, the two countries signed an MoU on the cooperation between General Inspection Organization of Iran and the Ministry of Supervision (MOS) of the Government of the People's Republic of China.
