TEHRAN, Sep. 02 (MNA) – The ceremony for delivering the dolls made by the Silent Doll Campaign to the war-stricken children of Palestine and Syria will be held in Damascus at the end of this week in collaboration with the International Union of Unified Ummah.

The Silent Dolls Campaign was launched in collaboration with the local group of Rock-Paper-Scissors during which hundreds of cloth dolls were sent to the headquarters of this group in Tehran from around the country to express solidarity with war-stricken children.

The International Union of Unifed Ummah is scheduled to deliver these dolls together with people’s donations which were collected through the Internet portal of the union to the refugee and war-stricken Palestinian and Syrian children residing in Damascus.

Meanwhile, an Arabic-Persian bilingual musical performance for the children of war by the young Iranian singer Taha Choganbaz will be a part of this ceremony.

It is worth mentioning that the Silent Dolls Campaign was formed last summer at the same time with the culmination of the Zionist regime’s crimes and violent attacks in the Gaza Strip as well as their brutal killing of people specially the children; so far the campaign has been welcomed by a large number of people from different cities in Iran.
