Iranian Minister of Communications and Information Technology Mahmoud Vaezi who is also president’s special envoy on Turkey arrived in Ankara on Tuesday to discuss topics of mutual interests as well as regional and international developments with senior Turkish officials.
Among the top agenda items on his trip, Mahmoud Vaezi will hold separate meetings with senior Turkish officials, including Minister of Development Cevdet Yilmaz, Minister of Economy Nihat Zeybekci, Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, Minister of Transportation, Maritime and Communication Lutfi Elvan and Minister of Sciences, Industry and Technology Fikri Isik.
On his 2-day visit to Ankara, Vaezi will hold intensive meetings with Turkish officials pursuing the latest developments in Tehran-Ankara relations, following up the agreements made during 24th joint commission meeting and exploring ways for boosting bilateral trading to annually 30 billion dollars.
