TEHRAN, Oct. 29 (MNA) – Iran has presented the IAEA a new proposal on its ‘practical’ measures to attain ‘constructive participation.’


Mehr News reported that Iran and the IAEA issued a joint statement at the end of the second round of nuclear talks in Vienna.

The statement read “after a visit by Mr. Araghchi, Iran’s deputy FM to the Director-General of the Agency Yukiya Amano, Iran and the IAEA delegations had a ‘fruitful’ session in October 28 and 29,” and that “Iran presented the IAEA a new proposal on its ‘practical’ measures to attain ‘constructive participation’ to improve the level of cooperation and solving the remaining issues.”

According to the statement, a decision was made to hold another session in November 11 in Tehran to “better advancement of cooperation.”

The two-day talks in expert level between Iran and the IAEA heads of delegations Reza Najafi and Tero Varjoranta ended Tuesday evening in the IAEA in Vienna.
