TEHRAN, Oct. 28 (MNA) – News from Saudi Arabia has reported Saudi regime has issued the decree to execute Ayatollah Sheikh Nimr Baqir al-Namr.

Mehr News quoted a report in Al-Qatif news website that the sources from Riyadh announced that Saudi regime would execute the Shiite revolutionary leader on Monday next week.

The report added that its sources provided no further details about the event.

Sheikh Nimr, the leader of Shiite oppositions in Saudi Arabia, had been kidnapped two years ago by Saudi security forces. Since then, Sheikh Nimr has been in jail, and even he was not allowed out of jail to attend his wife’s funeral.

Saudi security forces have kept Sheikh under physical and psychological tortures, during which they had broken his teeth, hand, and thighbone.
