Owners of the factory, which is built in Zarrin Ghazal Complex, have equipped it with state-of-the-art machineries. “We had signed an agreement with a British company, Lloyds Register Quality Assurance, according to which they designed four quality control systems for the factory”, said Reza Ebrahimi, managing director of the complex.
Shiraz factory is expected to bring about a daily output of 5 million ice-creams with 60 different tastes. “In order to provide sufficient milk for producing ice-creams, a cattle breeding house is being built near the factory”, Ebrahimi added. The factory will need 300,000 liters of milk per day.
As a result of building the factory, a total of 730 jobs have been created. “We will allocate a part of the incomes to provide food for the poor students of the suburbs,” Ebrahimi implied, saying they would do their best in providing facilities for 150 young couples in Fars Province.
Of the daily output, 2 million ice-creams will be exported.
