TEHRAN, July 22 (Mehr News Agency) -- An Iranian student from Neishabour, Khorasan Province, will compete in the 8th International Mathematics Olympiad to be held on July 27 in Romania.

"I hope I can be a pride of my country in the world," said Sajjad Lezgian, the Ph.D. student of Amir-Kabir University in Tehran.
 
He was qualified to participate in the Olympiad after he won the silver medal of Iran's 27th Mathematics Competition in Hamedan.
