SEMNAN, Iran, July 18 (MNA) – 25 Iraqi pilgrims were injured as the bus they were travelling in went off the road and overturned.

The accident happened on Garmsar-Ivanaki road. The pilgrims were returning from the shrine city of Mashhad to Iraq.

Colonel Alireza Razavi Khabir, the traffic police chief of Semnan province, said the driver’s sleepiness was the cause of accident.

Razavi Khabir said that four of the injured pilgrims got hospitalized and the rest were immediately discharged.
