The ensemble consists of singers and musicians from different nations and Iranian vocalist Salar Aqili will be joining the 4-day performances.
Poetry by Rumi, Siavash Kasraii and Motebassem have been selected for the competition, the Persian service of Iranian Students News Agency (ISNA) reported on Monday.
Tirgan is a festival held annually on the first day of summer for Tishtrya, the God of the Dog Star protecting the clouds that brought rain. Zoroastrians also celebrate the day because they believe that the legendary Persian hero Arash the Archer demarcated the frontier between Iran and the neighboring kingdom of Turan by shooting an arrow on that day.
“The musicians are selected based on their talents and there is no limit in Pardis”, Motebassem had earlier told MNA.
He added that the ensemble was established aiming to bring the cultures of different nations closer to one another, to make use of cultural experiences and to create motivation among trainers and students of music.
