She was suffering from heart failure, pulmonary sepsis and diabetes.
She appeared in over 30 films including “Shazdeh Ehtejab” directed by Bahman Farmanara, “Downpour” by Bahram Beizai, “The Morning of the Fourth Day” by Kamran Shirdel and “Delshodegan” by Ali Hatami.
She also played “Fire without Smoke” by Nader Ebrahimi, “Hezardastan” by Ali Hatami and several other TV series.
Vadadian loved her role in “Downpour” (1972), she once said in an interview with ISNA last summer. She played the role of a tailor in the movie.
She began her career with teleplays, which were broadcast live.
“Words of praise from my people have encouraged me to continue working,” she said.
“I am very eager to return to the cinema in an important work, but I am not able to play the weightier roles. I prefer to appear in a role that is less,” Vadadian stated.
She is survived by her daughter, Sussan.
