Talking to reporters, he said a passenger bus crashed into a trailer on Semnan-Jandaq highway leaving 5 dead and 8 injured.
He added a passenger car also crashed into a Volvo trailer killing 3 people in Chaharmahal-Bakhtiari Province.
Two Chinese-made trailers - Howo and Dong Feng – slammed each other which also involved a passenger car, leaving 3 members of a family dead, Sayah-Alborzi added.
On Saturday, a truck also slammed into car on Tehran-Qom road killing the car’s driver.
