A total of 14 teams have been divided into four groups. Peykan, who has won the title in the last three editions, will face the representative from Bahrain on June 27. The Iranian team is scheduled to play the Lebanese club one day later.
Pools are as follow:
Pool A:
Emirates, Kuwait, Afghanistan
Pool B:
Iran, Bahrain, Lebanon
Pool C:
Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Qatar, Thailand
Pool D:
Japan, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, Maldives
The teams in each group will compete in a single round robin format with winners and runners-up from each group reaching the quarter-final knock-out stage.
