TEHRAN, Dec. 29 (MNA) -- Sepahan General Manager Mohammad Reza Saket said on Monday that they are completely ready to defeat Esteghlal in the 20th week of the Iran Professional League (IPL).

On Tuesday in Fuladshahr, Isfahan, six-placed Sepahan will be the host of Esteghlal, who leads IPL standing with 37 points.

“Sepahan-Esteghlal match will be a match between the two Iranian and Asian superior clubs. Esteghlal has won the Asian Champions League and Sepahan is the first Iranian team who has participated in the FIFA Club World Cup,”said Saket.

“Sepahan will bid farewell to failure by defeating Estaghlal in this must-win game. We are ready to come back to winning ways,” he added.

Newly-appointed Farhad Kazemi will coach Sepahan against Esteghlal in this game. Saket said, “Kazemi knows how to beat Esteghlal. He is the man for difficult days. Sepahan beat Al-Fujairah in the UAE’s training camp and is well-prepared to beat Esteghlal in the IPL.”
