According to ISNA, Iranian Rahim Qorbani, and Iraqi Naouzet Hadi sealed the MOU in Tamarchin customs office.
Confronting goods smuggling, promoting goods transit, imports and exports augmentation, and passenger traffic facilitation are mentioned in the MOU.

The head of Kermanshah Province’s Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Mines, announced that Iran’s Potential exhibition with special focus on the potentials of Kermanshah Province will be inaugurated in Solaimaniya, according to ISNA.
All credible economic institutes and factories will attend the exhibition, Keivan Kashefi said, adding the Trade Promotion Organization of Iran (TPOI) selected Kermanshah as the pivot of the fair.
The TPOI will pay 100 percent of the event’s costs which is unprecedented.
Iran has proposed two dates, in mid-June and September, for the exhibition, and is waiting for Iraq’s respond.

The head of the Commerce Department of the city of Qasr Shirin said on Wednesday that $335,501,230 worth of products have been exported to Iraq during the last Iranian calendar year as of March 21, 2007, ISNA reported.
Ali Esmaili added that air conditioners, cement, ceramics, shoes, glassware, potatoes, onions, tomatoes, apples, tangerines, oranges, cucumbers, watermelons, raisins, soft drinks, and mineral water constitute the exported products.
Qasr Shirin, having a 180-Km common border with Iraq, has two customs points, Parviz Khan and Khosravi.
