The memo was inked by Iran’s Vice President and Physical Education Organization Head Mohammad Aliabadi and Armenia’s Minister of Culture, Youth and Sport Armen Gregorian.
Aliabadi is paying a visit to Armenia to hold talks with officials and to attend the opening ceremony of 14th World Armenians Sports Olympiad.
The visiting official conferred with Armenian President Robert Kocharian Monday.
