TEHRAN, June 23 (MNA) -- The play “Made in Iran” was staged by Pantea Bahram at the 4th Black and White Theatre Festival which took place in Imatra, Finland from June 14 to 17.

 

Germany, Russia, Poland, Azerbaijan, Ukraine and Portugal were among the other participants.

 

“Made in Iran” was the Iranian actress Pantea Bahram’s first attempt at stage directing in 2005. The play was held at the City Theatre Complex under the name of “Avazhick” and was a combination of music, movement and drama revolving around the subject of Persian carpets.

 

Bahram adapted the play for its appearance in the festival and “Made in Iran” is no longer restricted to the theme of carpets.

 

Amir Delavari, Sara Reihani and Dariush Faezi were among the cast.

 

In the performance in Finland Bahram was assisted by Roxanna Bahram assistant director, Heidar Sajedi music director, Ava Soltani-Arabshahi costume designer and Narmin Nazmi stage designer.
