A total of 30 Iranian paintings and photos will go on display at the exhibit, said gallery owner Elaheh Javaheri.
Ali Nassir, Rokneddin Haerizadeh, Ramin Haerizadeh, Shahriar Tavakkolizadeh, Khosro Hassanzadeh, and Nikzad Nojumi are among the artists whose works will be exhibited, she noted.
This is the third time the gallery is taking part in the Art Cologne exhibit, Javaheri said, adding that many internationally renowned galleries are participating this year.
The world’s longest-established fair for modern and contemporary art will take place at the Cologne exhibition center from April 18-22.
The jury will select the “Best of the Best”, and the winner will be honored with the Art Cologne Young Artist Prize, which was presented for the first time in 2005.
The exhibition will display a comprehensive overview of the art of the 20th and 21st centuries, from modernism to the most recent works by contemporary artists.
