TEHRAN, Jun. 02 (MNA) – The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon Hezbollah movement said that its forces hit the Israeli regime's Yarden Barracks near the Lebanon border with drones.

Hezbollah military media issued consecutive statements to illustrate the attacks and their outcomes, according to Al Manar TV website. 

The first statement mentioned that, the Islamic Resistance launched an aerial attack on Sunday, 02-06-2024, with a squadron of assault drones targeting the Military Gathering Battalion headquarters in Yarden barracks in the occupied Golan.

“The attack targeted the Iron Dome radar there, as well as the positions and settlements of its officers and soldiers, hitting the targets accurately. This led to the destruction and disabling of the radar and caused casualties among the officers and soldiers, including deaths and injuries.”

The second statement maintained that the Islamic Resistance fighters targeted Al-Marj site with artillery shells at 11:00 am on Sunday, 02-06-2024, causing direct hits.

On Saturday, Hezbollah carried out several operations including the successful downing of the Israeli Hermes 900 UAV over Lebanese territory.
