VIDEO: Three dead in electrical plant fire in Russia

TEHRAN, Apr. 22 (MNA) – Russia’s Emergency Situations Ministry confirmed that two more people had also been injured in the blaze at the Enikmash-V electromechanical plant in Voronezh, with around 500 square meters engulfed in flames.
