In an interview with the Lebanese Al-Mayadeen TV network, Rear Admiral Alireza Tangsiri pointed to the Zionist regime's army's defeat in the Gaza battle.
"The Zionists failed in this battle as they did not defeat Hamas, and they have not managed to free their captives," he said.
He stressed that the only way to fight against the Zionists was to create a coalition of Islamic armies.
He added that Lebanon's Hezbollah is stronger than the beginning of the war.
Israel launched the war on Gaza on October 7 after the Palestinian resistance movement Hamas waged the surprise Operation Al-Aqsa Storm against the occupying entity in response to the Israeli regime’s intensified violence against Palestinians.
Since the start of the offensive, the Tel Aviv regime has killed 33,207 Palestinians and injured nearly 75,933 others over the past six months.
