TEHRAN, Feb. 03 (MNA) – US Central Command-CENTCOM- says US air strikes hit more than 85 air points in Iraq and Syria in retaliation for the killing of three US soldiers in Jordan.

The United Central Command -CENTCOM said the strikes hit more than 85 targets linked to Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) Quds Force and affiliated militia groups in Iraq and Syria.

"The facilities that were struck included command and control operations, centers, intelligence centers, rockets, and missiles, and unmanned aired vehicle storages, and logistics and munition supply chain facilities of militia groups and their IRGC sponsors who facilitated attacks against U.S. and Coalition forces," CENTCOM said in a statement.

The airstrikes included more than 125 precision munitions and hit facilities such as command and control centers and unmanned aerial vehicle storages, US Central Command said in a post on X.
