TEHRAN, Jan. 23 (MNA) – Hossein Amir-Abdollahian held separate meetings in New York with counterparts from Algeria and France on Tuesday.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, who is in New York to continue consultations on the current situation in Gaza and to participate in the United Nations Security Council meeting on the situation in the Middle East, met with his Algerian counterpart Ahmed Attaf on Tuesday.

The top Iranian diplomat also held a meeting with Stéphane Séjourné, the newly appointed France's foreign minister while in New York.
