TEHRAN, Jan. 21 (MNA) – Iranian President Ebrahim Raeisi on Sunday received the credentials of the new envoys from several countries.

Iran-Nicaragua ties beyond conventional political ones

In the ceremony of receiving the credentials of the new Nicaraguan ambassador, Ramón Alberto Moncada Colindres, Raeisi hailed Nicaragua's positions on international issues, including the crimes committed by the Zionists against the Palestinians in Gaza, adding that if other countries had such positions, the Zionist regime and its supporters would not have dared to commit such crimes against the oppressed and powerful Palestinian nation.

The President considered it necessary to follow up on the full implementation of the agreements of his visit to Nicaragua by the ambassador of this country and the relevant authorities in the two countries.

The ambassador of Nicaragua, for his part, said that the two countries are on the path of deepening and strengthening relations with each other in various fields, adding that the government and nation of Nicaragua express their solidarity with the nation and government of Iran over the recent terrorist attack in Kerman.
 


Iran ready to expand cooperation with African countries, including Burkina Faso

Iran's president in the meeting with the ambassador of Burkina Faso described the relations between the two countries as growing and said countries like the United States, some Western governments, and the Zionist regime are the main source of terror.
 

Raeisi further emphasized the readiness and willingness of the Islamic Republic of Iran to expand cooperation and deepen and strengthen relations with African countries, including Burkina Faso.

In this meeting, the Ambassador of Burkina Faso Mohammadi Kaboureh, for his part, announced his country's desire to develop relations with Iran and expressed hope that he would be able to take effective steps in this direction during his mission.

Iran a reliable partner for Uzbekistan

During the ceremony of receiving the credentials of the new ambassador of Uzbekistan, Raeisi described the development of Tehran-Tashkent relations in the last 2 years as desirable and stated, "Thanks to the Islamic Revolution and despite the sanctions, there are many capacities in the Islamic Republic of Iran that we can develop the relations even more by exchanging them and thanks to the mutual capacities of Uzbekistan and achieve the initial goal of bringing the level of exchanges to one billion dollars".

Referring to the visits, meetings, and talks between the Presidents of the two countries, the President emphasized the will of the heads of Iran and Uzbekistan to further develop relations between the two countries.

The Ambassador of Uzbekistan, for his part, also called the Islamic Republic of Iran a reliable partner of his country in the region and noted, "Uzbekistan is interested in the comprehensive development of relations with Iran, and I have a mission to carefully and seriously follow all the axes of the road map for the development of relations between the two countries".

During the ceremony of receiving the credentials of the new ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Iranian president described and clarified the relations between the two nations based on the closeness and heartfelt beliefs of the two nations, adding, "Developing relations and improving the level of cooperation between Iran and Bosnia and Herzegovina is for the benefit of both countries and people, and I hope you will be successful in this direction".

Referring to the history of the hostility of the Arrogant powers towards the people of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the President said, "If there is no interference against Muslims, like what we are witnessing today in the land of Palestine, Muslims can live peacefully together, so these enmities and crimes and atrocities should be stood against and resisted".

Referring to the fact that 109 days have passed since the recent round of crimes committed by the Zionist regime against the oppressed and powerful Palestinians in Gaza and the martyrdom of more than 25 thousand people, most of whom are children and women, the President said, "Cooperation and cohesion of Islamic countries can stop the crime machine and killing and genocide of the Zionist regime and its supporters".

In this meeting, the ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina also stated that the people of his country would never forget the help and support of the Islamic Republic of Iran in their difficult times, and stated, "Bosnia and Herzegovina wants to further develop relations and constructive cooperation between the two countries".
