TEHRAN, Dec. 18 (MNA) – A hacking group called Karma has provided documents and evidence to Mehr about how its hackers targeted the websites of the Israeli regime's Mossad and Octopus which is an advanced security fusion platform.

Recently, the hacking group called Karma/KarMa announced that they had successfully entered the Zionist Israeli regime's security apparatuses and communication systems.

The details and evidence of this hacking operation have been exclusively provided to Mehr news agency (MNA).

In a video footage released by the Karma hacking group, there are images and videos about the protests in the occupied territories could be seen. It also shows the hackers move in entering the security infrastructure of the regime.

A motto "I am Karma. We said that we will take action. We had warned Bibi to reconsider his policies so as not to fall victim..." appears in the video.

Karma hackers disclosed two big contracts of the Zionist regime: A missile system (SHORAD) with Ministry of Defense of the Czech Republic and the disclosure of the regime's spying on American citizens, known as "Biden Gate".

SHORAD:

Important technical details including the life cycle, user pattern and codes and security architecture of this missile system have been revealed in this 39-page contract and 25 annexes.

SHORAD is the acronym for the new Shot Range Air Defence (SHORAD) missile systems which is sold to the Czech Army.

The SHORAD contract, which was signed between Amir Eshel, the former director general of the war ministry and the former commander of the Israeli air force, and Lubor Koudelka, the deputy minister of defense of the Czech Republic, with its support and training costs of more than $800 million US, which has to be born by taxpayers of the Czech Republic.

The second article of this contract aims to strengthen the Air Force of the Czech Republic as part of NATO's rapid response system and in line with the 2020 defense strategy, the concept of the development of the armed forces in 2030 and the long-term vision of the Czech Republic's air defense in 2035, as well as the codes and statements for the improvement of NATO capabilities.

According to the leaked documents, this system includes four units of Spider missile batteries, each of which has a fire command and control system unit, a mobile 3D radar unit, four missile firing units, a missile supply vehicle unit, four missiles that are ready to fire, operator and training equipment and other spare parts, the details of which are detailed in the contract.

Pages 10 to 15 of this contract specify the strict terms and conditions regarding the way of delivery and payment step by step with all its details, including the way of paying the purchase price, duties, value added tax and other costs, etc.. It shows that the parties to the contract do not trust each other.

What stands out in Article 7.3 of the contract is that the Zionist regime is obliged to update the contents, list and format of technical documents resulting from the development of this system only for two years after the last partial supply. However, in Annexes 9, 10 and 17 of this contract, the quality guarantee and support of this system during the life cycle are guaranteed.

Article 17.4 of this contract expresses the obligations of the Czech Republic towards NATO and clearly mentions that no clause of the aforementioned contract can limit the use of the ShORAD missile system for the benefit of NATO member countries or its deployment in other NATO member states.

Article 19 of this agreement regarding the protection of data and information is based on the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union (EC/95/46), which was violated by the Zionist regime.

Now, one has to wait and see the reaction of the Ministry of Defense of the Czech Republic to this lack of protection of information; The information that all the details were hacked by "Karma" and received worldwide coverage through "Mehr" news agency, although only parts of the agreement are mentioned in this article.

Biden Gate:

The information given to Mehr Karma hacking group shows that the acts of mischief by the Zionist regime are not limited to Gaza, and they have not even shown mercy to their master and are also spying on United States citizens.

The NSO Group that is an Israeli cyber-intelligence firm primarily known for its proprietary spyware Pegasus, and one of the subsidiaries of the Q cyber technology companies, had already been accused of spying on American citizens in 2020.

The leaked documents show that the knife that the assembly of madmen and US politicians gave to the Zionist regime to use against the oppressed nations has also cut its handle this time.

The company filed an appeal in September 2020 in the US District Court for the Northern District of California, Oakland Division. According to the strong evidence against this company of spying on American citizens, the request of the defendants has been rejected.

Karma disclosed that, according to an Oakland District Court investigation, the Israeli company is accused of violating state and federal laws protecting user privacy, as well as developing, marketing and distributing spyware against the plaintiffs and more than a thousand users, including journalists, lawyers and activists.

Due to NSO's actions, the plaintiffs sued the company under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA) and the California Comprehensive Computer Data Access and Fraud Act (CCCDAFA) for breach of privacy, and the court forced the company to participate in the investigations.

Leaked documents show that the company has not only refused the criminal investigation process, but has appealed and stopped the investigation, which has faced the opposition of district court. The court has clearly stated that an appeal does not stop the discovery process.

According to the obtained documents, the company tried to escape from trial by claiming judicial immunity and sovereign dependence on the Zionist regime, but the state court invoked the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act (FSIA), which states that the immunity law only applies to real persons. And also citing Microsoft's trial in many other countries, it has rejected the claim of the spying company.

One of the most important accusations of this company is "reverse engineering" and secret attacks against WhatsApp and its users, including journalists, human rights activists, and political opponents of the repressive Zionist regime.

WhatsApp in 2019 sued NSO seeking an injunction and damages, accusing it of accessing WhatsApp servers without permission six months earlier to install the Pegasus software on victims' mobile devices.

On February 5, 2021, WhatsApp challenged the immunity claim of the NSO spy company and requested the appeals court to reject its sovereignty claim with the aim of preventing governments from using surveillance software or employing private companies to control citizens' information under the pretext of national security.
