TEHRAN, Dec. 09 (MNA) – At least 310 Palestinians were killed in Gaza in a 24-hour period between Thursday and Friday as the Israeli military blasted the enclave from air, land and sea, media outlets reported, citing UN data.

About 70% of the almost 17,500 people killed in Gaza since October 7 are said to be women and children. As many as 46,000 people have suffered injuries in Israeli attacks.

During the past week, more and more residential homes have been targeted by the Zionist regime’s military across the Gaza Strip, in addition to public facilities like schools, hospitals, clinics, shops, and markets being destroyed completely.

The aggressions in Gaza followed an October 7 Al-Aqsa Operation against the Zionist regime by the Palestinian forces.

Analysts believe that the Palestinian operation in the occupied lands was a natural response to 75 years of oppression against the Palestinian people.
