TEHRAN, Nov. 12 (MNA) – A fire broke out in a building on Ahmet Taner Kışlalı Boulevard in Özlüce District in Bursa, which is said to have a cafe on the ground floor.

The flames spread rapidly and engulfed the entire building, which housed many offices. The fire was barely taken under control with the intervention of Bursa Metropolitan Municipality fire brigades, who were dispatched to the region upon notice, Turkey Posts English reports.

While riot police took security measures in the surrounding area, it took 2.5 hours for the fire brigade to bring the fire under control.

While cooling efforts continue in the business center, which reportedly has 99 offices, the cause of the fire is being investigated.
