TEHRAN, Oct. 26 (MNA) – Deputy foreign ministers of Iran and Russia held talks Thursday in Moscow to discuss bilateral relations and regional and international developments.

Ali Bagheri Kani and his Russian counterpart Sergey Ryabkov emphasized the necessity of cooperation between the two countries in order to strengthen consultations and international interactions between the two countries, as well as multilateralism.

Helping international peace and security in the unstable conditions that some countries are trying to promote at the international level with unilateral actions and in contradiction to international law, human rights and humanitarian rights, were some of the other topics discussed in the meeting in Moscow, in which the Iranian ambassador was also attending.

Ryabkov recently made a two-day trip to Tehran and met and talked with Bagheri Kani.
