An attempt by Ukraine to carry out an attack with the help of drones has been foiled, he wrote on his Telegram channel.
"Four fixed-wing drones were destroyed over the Bryansk Region by air defense forces and electronic warfare systems of the Russian Defense Ministry," he added.
According to Bogomaz, there were no casualties or damage.
"Operational services are working on the spot," TASS quoted the head of the region as saying.
