In reaction to the ongoing Palestinian Hamas movement's operation "Al-Aqsa Storm", Major General Yahya Rahim Safavi declared Iran's support for the Palestinian resistance and said that, "We will stay with the Palestinian Mujahideen until the liberation of Palestine and Al-Quds."
He made the remarks in a ceremony held in Tehran dubbed the 6th International Conference on Solidarity with Palestinian Children and Adolescents on Saturday.
"We support the Al-Aqsa Storm operation and we are confident that the Resistance Front also supports it," the advisor to Iran's Leader said.
He further offered congratulations to the Palestinian Muhaheddin for the successful operation.
Elsewhere in his speech, Major General Safavi stated that "we are witnessing the slaughter of Palestinian children by the Zionists, adding, "The killing of Palestinian children and teenagers by the Zionists is done amid the silence of international organizations, and we are not seeing any reaction from international organizations against this."
The Leader's advisor also stated that Palestinian children face mental and physical torture in the Zionist regime's prisons, and even some Palestinian children are under house arrest or have been exiled by the Zionist regime.
General Safavi further noted that the imprisonment of Palestinian children by the Zionists was aimed at preventing them from joining the resistance movement.
