TEHRAN, Nov. 01 (MNA) – Qatar's former prime minister says talking with Iran on the regional developments is an “unrepeatable opportunity” which should be seized by the Persian Gulf Cooperation Council (PGCC) member states.

"As we hear, there are messages from Iran to the PGCC to start a serious dialogue under the umbrella of the United Nations," Hamad bin Jassim wrote in a tweet on Friday.

"An understanding and agreement that will characterize the crisis in the Persian Gulf at least by its people."

"This opportunity may not be repeated if an agreement is reached between Iran and America," he added.
