The movie has a unique plot in the style of modern cinema, added Petrosian, who stars in Alireza Davudnejad’s “Octopus”, which is currently on screen in Tehran.
Expressing satisfaction with the movie, she said that the film has an experienced director, talented cast, and good cinematography.
“I’m fond of and can play comic roles. Although I have never played a villainous character, I think I can also handle that,” she stated.
She also stars in director Mehdi Sabbaghzadeh’s “The 50-Million Offer”, which is also currently on screen in Tehran.
Commenting on the movie, she said that she had expected the film to turn out better.
“I was recently asked to act in several teleplays, but I didn’t accept since I’m very choosy about roles,” she said.
“A role should teach the actor something new,” she opined.
Petrosian went on to say that she almost never agrees to act in TV series because they usually take too much time.
She has also stared in the movies “The Fake Woman” directed by Mehrdad Mir-Fallah and “Choice” directed by Turaj Mansuri, which will both premiere in the near future.
