TEHRAN, August 26 (Mehr News Agency) -- While U.S. has the greatest arsenal of mass destruction weapons and is the greatest supporter of the Zionist regime which in turn has access to weapons of mass destruction, it accuses other countries of having such weapons.

In order to further exert pressure on Iran and North Korea the White House has sent the Undersecretary of State John Bolton to Moscow.

John Bolton is in charge of nuclear disarmament affairs in the U.S. State Department and every now and then travels to Moscow in order to obstract Tehran-Moscow peaceful nuclear cooperation.

During the negotiations, U.S undersecretary and the Russian officials exchanged views on a wide range of issues, including control on weapons proliferation, Russia's assistance to Iran in building a nuclear reactor, North Korea's nuclear ambitions and international security concerns.

The International Atomic Agency is due to release the second report on Iran's peaceful nuclear activities.

While the six-party talks are to be held in Beijing, Washington tries to pit Russia against Iran and North Korea and exert more pressure on them.

By making allegations against Iran's peaceful nuclear activities, the U.S. is trying to gain global support in its anti-Iran policies. Washington seems to ignore the fact that Iran's nuclear activities are under the supervision of the International Atomic Agency and are meant only for peaceful purposes.

While U.S. has the greatest arsenal of mass destruction weapons and is the greatest supporter of the Zionist regime which in turn has access to weapons of mass destruction, it accuses other countries for having such weapons.

The Zionist regime is not a member of the International Atomic Agency and has refused to sign any of the agency's conventions and protocols.

It is an open secret tody that Washington tries to take advantage of the NPT to forward its own expansionist policies.

The International Atomic Agency, in its first report stressed on Iran's peaceful nuclear activities and despite U.S. continuous pressures on Russia, Moscow has maintained its cooperation with Iran.
