TEHRAN, Dec. 03 (MNA) – Spokesman for presiding board of the Iranian Parliament said Mon. that the government has estimated the sale of 1.5 million barrels of oil per day (bpd) for the next fiscal year (starting 21 Mar. 2019).

According to IRIB news agency, spokesman for presiding board of the Iranian Parliament, Behrouz Nemati, said Monday that the US dollar would likely be priced at around 57,000 rials in the next year’s budget bill.

The current US dollar is worth around 42,000 rials in the official market, and above 110,000 rials in the open market.

Nemati further referred to some speculations that the government has envisaged the price of each barrel of oil at $54 for the next year's national budget bill.

He said the country is predicted to export 1.5 million barrels of oil per day (bpd) next year, starting from 21 March 2019.

Nemati also maintained that handing over development projects to the private sector is high on the government’s agenda in a bid to control liquidity and create job opportunities.
