TEHRAN, Nov. 14 (MNA) – An Iranian lawmaker said Wed. the Parliament will review the recent remarks by Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif on money laundering during the next session.

Chairman of National Security and Foreign Policy Commission of Iranian Parliament Heshmatollah Falahatpisheh said the issue will be addressed on Sunday (Nov. 18) in attendance of Zarif.

“A number of lawmakers have reacted to the foreign minister’s remarks on money laundering and have requested the documents to prove such comments,” Falahatpisheh added.

In a recent interview with a domestic media, Zarif had referred to money laundering as in undeniable phenomenon, which is going on in the country by some Iranian or international criminal gangs.
