TEHRAN, August 23 (Mehr News Agency) – Accusations against Soleimanpur is tantamount to accusations against the Islamic Republic of Iran and should be dealt with accordingly, said here Saturday MP Kazem Jalali.

Jalali regarded Hadi Soleimanpur’s arrest warrant against the international law, adding that the baseless accusations against Iran and baselessly charging it of involvement in the 1994 bombing of a Jewish cultural center in Argentine is the result of the Zionist regime, the U.S. and Britain’s plots.

It is probably not a coincidence that the warrant was issued shortly after the political crisis in London regarding David Kelly’s suspicious death, Jalali said. They want to overshadow the subject, he said.

The lawmaker further said that the Zionist regime is the main element behind the recent plot, because it faces a deadlock in the Arab-Israeli peace process -- Road Map. The crisis developed when the Islamic Jihad and Hamas issued a joint statement on Thursday formally ending their seven-week-old truce, Jalali further told the Mehr News Agency.

Referring to the U.S. role in the recent arrest warrant issued by Argentine against the former Iranian diplomat, Jalali further said that  by repeating the same old allegations and accusations, the U.S. is striving to institutionalize the notion that the Islamic Republic of Iran is a terrorist state and harbors terrorists.
