TEHRAN, Jul. 04 (MNA) – General Lotfali Bakhtiari, the president of Iran’s Amin Police University met with General Cao Shiquan, the president of China’s People's Public Security University on Wednesday in Tehran. The officials discussed ways to expand bilateral ties and also inked a Memorandum of Understanding.
