TEHRAN, Jul. 28 (MNA) – Iranian Energy Minister Hamid Chitchian attended a ceremony on Thursday, where the officials from a Swiss-German venture marked the completion of the Mokran Solar Power Complex in the Iranian southeastern province of Kerman.
