In his message which was submitted to Iran's consulate general in Kazan, Minnikhanov condoled on his behalf and on the behalf of his people with the Iranian nation, particularly the bereaved families of the victims on the deadly collapse of a 17-storey trade center in the Iranian capital on January 19.
Minnikhanov said he was very saddened to hear the news about building collapse in Tehran.
