Iran will participate at Arablab exhibition 2017 with 12 knowledge-based companies active in the fields of materials testing, petroleum, biotechnology, deposition equipment, synthesis and analysis of nanostructures equipment, spectrometry and laboratory training packages, Hassan Ghasemi, Director of Tech-Export Services Corridor (TESC), told Mehr News on Monday.
“This year, just like the previous year, the Vice-Presidency for Science and Technology has covered 70 percent of the expenses for participation at Arablab exhibition, with an export-oriented approach,” he said.
He went on to add, “given the fact that Arablab is a B2B exhibition and the majority of its visitors are commercial companies and distributors of laboratory equipment in the region and Central Asia, this was a good opportunity for our knowledge-based firms to expand their activities on the side of exports.”
“Visiting the exhibition will also offer us a good opportunity to monitor technologies related to equipment manufacturing, given the introduction of advanced technologies at the exhibit as well as the participation of top manufacturers,” he said.
Arablab is one of the region’s largest technology trade show for the Analytical Industry that reaches international buyers from the growth markets from as many as 100 countries in the Middle East, Africa and Asia. Arablab showcases the very latest laboratory and instrumentation equipment from all the leading manufacturers in the world. This year, the event will be held on 20-23 March 2017 at the Dubai International Exhibition Centre.
