DARAA, Nov. 10 (MNA) – Syrian army units have targeted Jabhat al-Nusra hotbeds in Daraa province, killing and injuring a number of terrorists.

A military source announced on Thursday that the army units carried out precise operations against Jabhat al-Nusra terrorist groups southeast of Bosra square, east of al-Talaibi square, in the surroundings of Bir (well) Um al-Darag in Daraa al-Balad.

The army operations resulted in killing a number of terrorists and destroying their weapons and equipment. Another army unit killed and injured 15 terrorists from Jabhat al-Nusra to the north of al-Nu'aimeh town in the countryside of Daraa Province

In a related story, an army unit ambushed ISIL terrorists while they were transporting ammunition between the villages of al-Amyeh and al-Hasho in the countryside of Salamiyeh city in Hama Province.

SANA reporter said Thursday that a large amount of various kinds of ammunition were confiscated.

According to the reporter, a number of the terrorist group’s members were killed in the ambush and about 100 RPG shells and various kinds of ammunitions for guns and machineguns were also seized.
