TEHRAN, Nov. 08 (MNA) – State Secretary for Foreign Affairs of Sweden, Annika Söder, held talks with Iranian deputy FM Jaberi Ansari and Parliament's Director General for International Affairs Amir-Abdollahian here on Monday.

Annika, State Secretary to Minister for Foreign Affairs Margot Wallström, is in Tehran heading a political delegation.

During her meeting with Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister for Arab-African Affairs, Hossein Jaberi Ansari, the two sides conferred on a range of topics from bilateral relations to regional and international developments.

Also on Monday, the Swedish diplomat held talks with Parliament's Director General for International Affairs, Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, where the two sides exchanged views on the current developments in the region.

Söder had also met with Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif earlier on Monday and discussed with the Iranian senior diplomat the delivery of humanitarian aid to war-torn countries.

A Swedish ministerial delegation is also scheduled to visit Iran in December, which includes a business delegation.
