TEHRAN, Oct. 31 (MNA) – Iran's Hassan Rouhani has received new ambassadors of Moldova, Sierra Leone, Albania and Colombia, on Monday.

Iranian President Hassan Rouhani welcomed the development of relations and cooperation between Iran and Moldova.

"There are no restrictions for the two countries to further enhance cooperation and relations," he said when receiving  Moldovan ambassador to Iran .

"It is necessary to introduce the capacities and potentials of the two countries to the investors and private sector to take advantage of investment and cooperation opportunities; the Islamic Republic of Iran welcomes uninhibited development of relations and cooperation with Moldova," Rouhani told the ambassador. 

While presenting his credentials to President Rouhani, Moldovan ambassador said that his mission was to deepen all-out relations between Iran and Moldova, and called for the development of economic and trade cooperation between the two countries.

An African ambassador,  Sierra Leone's to Tehran, was to meet Rouhani wehre president said that Iranian companies enjoyed technical capabilities and knowledge to contribute to and participate in development projects in Sierra Leone; "the Islamic Republic of Iran welcomes the expansion of economic and cultural ties with Sierra Leone, to which "we believe the private sectors of both countries will contribute through introducing capacities in both countries."

Sierra Leone's new ambassador Elimam Amara Kamara, believed that his country had sought to improve ties with Tehran; "Sierra Leone welcomes calls for active contribution of Iranian companies in various sectors including mining and industry," he told the meeting. He added that Sierra Leone supported Iran's position in all regional and international issues and "we would work with  the Islamic Republic in combating terrorism."

Rouhani received Juan Alfredo Pinto Saavedra, Colombian new ambassador to Iran on Monday, as well.

Rouhani said Iran highly regarded bolstering ties with Latin American countries, including Colombia. "We welcome the settlement recently hit by Colombian governnment with FARC rebels to end decades of violence and instability in the country as a great political achievement for President Juan Manuel Santos, which brought for him a Nobel Peace Prize," he added."Wars and conflicts would only destroy people and communities."

 Albanian ambassador to Tehran Genti Gazheli was fourth in the raw to meet present Rouhani with his credentials. Rouhani highlighted cultural and religious affiliations with Albania; "Islamic Republic of Iran is interested in expanding economic, cultural, tourism and scientific relations with Albania," he noted. "Exchange of opinions with Albania will definitely help with issues related to peace and stability in the region and the world.
