TEHRAN, Oct. 02 (MNA) – Leader of the Islamic Revolution has said a center for strategic research should regulate seminary schools long-term plans.

Ayatollah Khamenei received and addressed on Sunday a meeting of members of Supreme Council of Seminary Schools where he said seminary schools were integral parts of the Islamic system; “now, seminary schools should embrace elites to reorganize its internal mechanisms to achieve strategic objectives enshrined in its code of conduct; “the seminary schools should help the Islamic system to promote Islamic lifestyle into the deeper layers of community life; a ‘Review Plan’ should be drafted for seminary schools for a long-term program resting upon the Plan to bring fundamental changes to the schools to serve implementation of the Islamic law, on which seminary schools are the major bodies should the state fail to implement Islamic rules,” he told the meeting.

Ayatollah Khamenei also said that the sum of measures and actions in the seminary schools should be easily verifiable and flexible enough to fit the timeframe set. He also made some general recommendations for seminary schools; “seminary schools should avoid engagement in government bureaucratic machinery to remain simple and true to form; the higher management should come down the administrative echelons to sit with simple seminary students; the dominant mode in the schools should be discovering of elites and geniuses, embracing Quranic concepts, and no less important fostering a cyberspace where graduates of seminary school graduates rule the hearts and minds through excellent methods to inculcate in the public pure Islamic teachings,” recommended the Leader.
