TEHRAN, Jul. 15 (MNA) – In the wake of a horrible terrorist attack in France, the president of the French lower house of parliament postponed his planned trip to Iran.

The French President of Naional Assembly Claude Bartolone and his accompanying delegation put off trip to Tehran due to the terrorist attacks in Nice, France.

Claude Bartolone had been due to make the four-day trip at the invitation of Iran’s Parliament Speaker Ali Larijani on Saturday, July 16.

At least 84 have lost their lives and some 100 others sustained injuries when a truck ran through a crowd of people celebrating the French National Day, commonly known as the Bastille Day, in the southern French city of Nice, late on Thursday.
