TEHRAN, Jun. 15 (MNA) – Foreign Minister Zarif left Norwegian capital for Germany on Wednesday afternoon.

Zarif, who is on his second EU tour, headed to Berlin this afternoon where he is scheduled to held talks with his German counterpart Frank-Walter Steinmeier during his stay.

Iranian foreign minister arrived in Oslo on Sunday and had meetings with Norwegian Prime Minister Erna Solberg, Foreign Minister Børge Brende, President of Parliament Olemic Thommessen, the Chair of Norway’s Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs and Defense Anniken Huitfeldt as well as two former Prime Ministers of the European country Kjell Magne Bondevik and Kåre Willoch.

Zarif also attended the Oslo Forum on the sidelines of which he held talks with EU Foreign Policy Chief Federica Mogherini on JCPOA implementation and Iran-EU relations.

Meeting with US Secretary of State John Kerry was the last meeting of Zarif in Oslo.

Deputy Foreign Ministers Seyyed Abbas Araghchi and Majid Takht-Ravanchi who are accompanying Zarif also held talks with with European Union's Foreign Policy Deputy Chief for Coordination Helga Schmid as well as the US coordinator for Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, Stephen Mull.
