TEHRAN, May 15 (MNA) – Iran’s FM underlined all efforts of ambassadors must focus on promoting economic development and improving the living conditions for the people, so that people actually feel the effects of JCPOA.

Speaking during an annual gathering of the Iranian ambassadors in Tehran under the slogan of “JCPOA and Resistance Economy: Opportunities and Capacities”, Mohammad Javad Zarif and his other members of nuclear team exchanged views on opportunities and potentials to take advantage of JCPOA in the shadow of Resistance Economy.

Pointing to the approach followed by JCPOA opponents in the US, Zarif said some who oppose JCPOA are pro-Zionists and try to impose their narrow views to slow the process of JCPOA implementation and the realization of its results. “The opponent’s approach requires vigilance and new plans to create new prospects and the advancement of the Islamic Republic of Iran’s goals.”

Elaborating the necessity of realism in presenting a fair picture of the results obtained in the light of JCPOA, Zarif said, “To understand the realization of JCPOA results, financial and banking systems are required to provide detailed reports; representatives of the Islamic Republic of Iran abroad play a significant and fundamental role in providing new approaches.”

AEOI Head Ali Akbar Salehi discussing the technical aspects of the nuclear deal, also told the diplomats that Iran has made considerable progresses in nuclear technology especially in medical and industrial fields. He added the quality of process of uranium enrichment in Iran is also progressing.

Deputy Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi also told the diplomats that JCPOA has “stabilized” the country’s nuclear technology, normalizing the economic relations of the country and removing the sanctions imposed on the country along with six UN Security Council resolutions against Iran.

He also said that the Iranophobia policy is a “false propaganda” that can undermine the opportunities created after the implementation of the JCPOA.
