TEHRAN, Dec. 20 (MNA) – In a written notice to President Rouhani, 102 MPs pointed out violation of JCPOA by the US Congress demanding proper measures on the part of the Iranian government.

At the end of the open session of Iran’s Parliament on Sunday morning, Chairman of the Parliamentˈs Nuclear Committee Ebrahim Karkhane’ie together with 101 other members of the parliament released a written notice to the Iranian President stressing the need to implement Act 3 of the bill on JCPOA dubbed Iranian Government's Reciprocal and Proportional Action.

The notice presents that the visa restrictions approved by the US Congress marks a blatant violation of JCPOA and demands the government’s appropriate response in order to prevent repeated breaching of JCPOA.

The recent plan approved by the US Congress requires visitors from Visa Waiver Program (VWP) countries to obtain a visa to travel to the United States if they had been to Syria, Iraq, Iran or Sudan during the past five years.
